Burial was at 11a.m. on Saturday, January 25, 2014, in Hollis, Oklahoma. Ronnie was our good friend and sports announcer for Channel 6 for over 30 years and will be greatly missed. He was a teacher, coach and administrator in the Muleshoe schools for 40 years. Ronnie is survived by his mother, Johnnie Argo of Hollis, Oklahoma, one sister, Pam Clifford of Clovis, an Uncle Bob Graves of Muleshoe and his girlfriend Monica Oaxaca of El Paso. Ronnie’s passions were Muleshoe Mules, Lady Mules and OU Sooner sports along with New York Yankee Baseball and collecting western movie memorabilia. He grew up attending Ron schools near Hollis, Oklahoma, picking cotton on his father’s farm and watching movies at the La Vista and Watt Theaters in Hollis every Saturday. Ronnie graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State College in Weatherford.
