City of Muleshoe will have a newly remodeled website launch tentatively November 1, 2025. We anticipate the updated website to be more user friendly for both customers and staff. e. City of Muleshoe has volunteered to help with Snack Pack for Kids on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 5:30pm. Please help if you are able to. f. City of Muleshoe staff took part in the Find the Needle, meeting with Chuck Coward, a Community Impact Specialist. This was an effort to cultivate vision and strengthen the sense of community. g. City of Muleshoe held its annual flu shot clinic for employees. There were 19 participants. h. Muleshoe City Council hosted a tournament on October 4th as a Grand Opening event for the Pickleball Courts located in the City Park. 6. Mayor and Council remarks 7. The Master of Ceremonies is DJ Double D Gonzalo Lozano, and the opening prayer is by Dr. Stacy Conner.

Meet the 2025 Muleshoe High School Homecoming Queen Candidates Khloe Azua, Addilene Blanco, Melody Gonzalez, Aricela Ortiz, Marely Ronquillo Lazos and Jazmine Ramirez. The homecoming pep rally will be on Friday, August 29th, at 2:25pm at the MHS Gymnasium and the coronation will be at halftime of the Muleshoe vs. Brownfield game that kicks-off at 7p.m. that evening.

Receive Financial Statement for the month ending July 31, 2025. 8. Administrative Reports: a. The last “Movie in the Park” for this season will be Thursday August 21st. The TML Annual Conference will be in Ft. Worth October 28 – 31. Cancellations must be made by September 9th. d. The Muleshoe Water Park will close for regular season hours on August 10th. We will continue to open on Saturday from 1 – 8 pm and Sunday from 1 – 6 pm until further notice. e. HB 1522 has passed; effective September 1, 2025, all notices of a meeting of a governmental body must be posted three business days prior to the meeting.
