The TML Annual Conference will be in Ft. Worth October 28 – 31. Cancellations must be made by September 9th. d. The Muleshoe Water Park will close for regular season hours on August 10th. We will continue to open on Saturday from 1 – 8 pm and Sunday from 1 – 6 pm until further notice. e. HB 1522 has passed; effective September 1, 2025, all notices of a meeting of a governmental body must be posted three business days prior to the meeting. This would require City of Muleshoe to post the agenda for a regular Council Meeting on the Tuesday before our Monday meeting date. 9. Mayor and Council remarks. 10.
