Consider Resolution R-766-0920 Authorizing an Atmos Energy Rate Settlement. 6. Consider Ordinance O-523-0920 Amending the Fee Schedule. 7. Consider Contract with South Plains Waste. 8. Consider Official Ballot of TML Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Trustees – TML Region 3 Election. 9. Receive Financial Statement for the month ending August 31, 2020. 10. Administrative Reports: a. 2020 Seal Coat Project update, b. Texas Department of Agriculture conducted a site visit on August 25th for the 2020 CDBG Grant Project. This will be for some replacement of water lines. c. The TML Annual Conference will be virtual October 14 – 16. d. TML Region III meeting will be a virtual meeting on September 22nd, 23rd, or 24th. A Legislative Update will be presented during the business meeting by panelist Monty Wynn, Director of Grassroots and Legislative Services of the Texas Municipal League, and Bill Longley, Legislative Counsel of the Texas Municipal League. 11.
