Consider request of Holiday Treasures for Hotel/Motel Tax Funds for the promotion of the 2026 Holiday Treasures Event. 7. Discuss and Consider authorizing the operation of Golf Carts, Utility Vehicles (UTV’s), Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROV’S) and other Off-Highway vehicles as permitted by state law on certain city streets. 8. The TML Annual Conference will be in San Antonio November 10th – 13th. c. City of Muleshoe has volunteered to help with Snack Pack for Kids on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 5:30pm.
