Discuss and Consider Youth Diversion Plan (Municipal Court) 3. Consider reimbursement of receipts from Lorena DeLeon for the 2024 Holiday Treasures Event from Hotel/Motel Tax Funds. 4. Consider approval of the Texas Settlement Subdivision Participation and Release Form related to Opioid Settlement and authorize the City Manager to execute. 5. Receive Financial Statement for the month ending November 30, 2024. 6. Administrative Reports: a. The holidays are upon us. We encourage everyone to shop local. b. Thank You to Bailey County Electric, Xcel Energy, and the Public Works Department for all their work on putting up the holiday decorations. c. City staff participated in the career fair held at Muleshoe High School. There were about 450 students (8th grade through Seniors) that came through during the 3 hour period. d.
