Consider reimbursement of receipts from Lorena DeLeon for the 2023 Holiday Treasures Event from Hotel/Motel Tax Funds. 5. Receive Financial Statement for the month ending November 30, 2023. 6. Administrative Reports: a. The holidays are upon us. We encourage everyone to shop local. b. Thank You to Bailey County Electric, Xcel Energy, and the Public Works Department for all their work on putting up the holiday Decorations. c. The city will hold the annual Christmas luncheon on December 13th at noon at the City of Muleshoe Training Facility. d. A retirement reception will be held on Thursday December 21st from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM to honor Zanea Carpenter. The reception will be held at the training center.
