Consider Resolution R-786-1022 Designating the official newspaper for the City of Muleshoe. 3. Consider awarding construction contract for project activities associated with Homeowners Reconstruction Assistance #1002804. Award is subject to Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs approval of project activities request for extension and Contractor approval in the System Award Management (SAM.gov) 4. Consider agreement for professional administrative services for the 2021-0024 HOME Grant Program Contract No. 1003226. 5. Consider approval of changes to the monthly dues to be charged by Muleshoe Country Club as stated by the Lease Agreement between the City of Muleshoe and the Muleshoe Country Club. 6. Review City of Muleshoe Investment Policy. 7. Receive Investment Report and Financial Statement for the quarter ending September 30, 2022. 8. Administrative Reports: a. Council member Mendoza and staff attended the SPAG General Assembly meeting on September 15th in Lubbock b. Council members Mendoza and Behrends along with staff attended the TML Region III meeting in Lubbock on September 22nd. c. A flu shot clinic was held for City of Muleshoe employees and adult dependents at City Hall on September 30th. d. Council and staff attended the TML Annual Conference in San Antonio on October 5-7. e. TMLIRP held a photo contest for their yearly calendars. City of Muleshoe won the Pool’s first calendar photo contest. f. City of Muleshoe was one of three finalists for a 2022 Municipal Excellence Award in public works for cities under 25,000 in population.
