Consider Ordinance O-524-0121 Adopting rates charged for bulk water services. 5. Consider Ordinance O-525-0121 Amending fee schedule of the Code of Ordinances. 6. Receive Investment Summary and Financial Statement for the month ending December 31, 2020. 7. Administrative Reports: a. The Chamber of Commerce held a reverse Christmas parade on Saturday, December 12th at 6:30pm. b. City of Muleshoe employees donated a total of $2,912.00 to the Bailey County Food Pantry and delivered approximately 1500 meals through Meals on Wheels. c. Thank you to Bailey County Electric, Five Area Telephone, Xcel Energy and our Public Works Department for your help with the putting up and taking down of the Christmas lights. d. TDA has informed us that we have been approved for a Planning and Capacity Building Fund Award through the TxCDBG. e. January 13th is the first day to file for a place on the City of Muleshoe ballot for the May 1, 2021 general election. The Mayor will be elected at this election. f. There will be a free Covid-19 testing at Bailey County Coliseum, Thursday and Friday, January 14th and 15th from 10am – 4pm. 8. Mayor and Council remarks. 9. Adjourn.
