Notice has been received that the Muleshoe Police Deparment has achieved “Re-Recognized Status” for compliance with the Texas Law Enforcement Agency Best Practices Recognition Program. d. Thanks you to Bailey County Electric, Five Area Telephone and Excel Energy for assisting the City of Muleshoe in putting up and taking down of our Christmas street decorations. e. January 16th is the first day to apply for a place on the ballot for the City General Election. City District #1 and District #2 will be elected on May 4, 2019. f. Jene Wilton, Bailey County EMS Education Coordinator, will offer to city employees CPR training and bleeding control instruction on Friday, February 1st, from 8am-12:30pm at the City of Muleshoe Training Facility. 10.
