Consider Resolution R-745-1218 Terminating the Type A Economic Development Corporation. 4. Consider Resolution R-746-1218 Authorizing the Creation of a Type B Economic Development Corporation. 5. Consider Memo of Understanding between Bailey County EMS and City of Muleshoe for Emergency Mobile Command Vehicle. 6. Receive Financial Statement for the month ending November 30, 2018. 7. Administrative Reports: a. The Muleshoe Police Department will be hosting their first Unidos meeting on December 11, 2018, at the City of Muleshoe Training Facility from 6:30-8:30p.m. b. The Muleshoe Police Department will be hosting “Coffee with a Cop” again on December 17, 2018 at McDonald’s from 8-10a.m. c. Muleshoe EDC hosted Leadership Muleshoe on the morning of November 15th. Matty McLain offered “Getting Things Done” and Slater Elza offered a session on Employment Law. d. The City held its annual Christmas Luncheon on Wednesday, December 5th, at noon at the City of Muleshoe Training Facility. e. Shorty Flores, an employee of the Muleshoe Area Public Library, has announced her retirement. She will be honored with a reception at the library on Thursday, December 20th, from 3-4p.m. She began full time employment at the library on October 1, 1993. f. The Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade will be held on the evening of December 15th. “Shop the Shoe” campaign will also conclude on December 15th.
