Approval of Minutes a. Council Meeting October 9, 2017 2. Consider reimbursement of receipts from Muleshoe Heritage Foundation for the 2017 Tour de Muleshoe from Hotel/Motel Tax Funds. 3. Consider reimbursement of receipts from Kenzi Green for the 2017 Muleshoe Merry Market from Hotel/Motel Tax Funds. 4. Receive Financial Statement for the month ending October 31, 2017. 5. Administrative Reports: a. Mayor Cliff Black, Economic Development Director Kasey Coker, Public Works Director Ramon Sanchez, Police Chief Roy Rice, Employees Crystal Casto and Ricardo Ruvalcaba, and City Manager LeAnn Galman represented the City of Muleshoe at the Muleshoe High School Career Fair on October 31st. b. The Airport Advisory Board, Public Works Director Ramon Sanchez and City Manager LeAnn Gallman met with representatives of Cannon Air Force Base on November 1st at the Muleshoe Municipal Airport. c. Staff members Kasey Coker, Ramon Sanchez, Roy Rice, Zanea Carpenter and LeAnn Gallman attended Leadership Muleshoe hosted by the Muleshoe Economic Development on November 1st. d. The City Christmas Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, December 13th, at the City of Muleshoe Training Facility. e. A pre-construction meeting was held recently with city staff, engineers, and contractors for the new lift station. Construction on that project will begin in the next few weeks. f. The Chamber of Commerce tree lighting will be on November 25th. That day is also Small Business Saturday and will kick off “Shop the Shoe” which will conclude on December 16th. g. The Chamber of Commerce Christmas Parade will be on December 16th.
