See the Muleshoe City Council Meeting held on July 10, 2017, at City Hall in Muleshoe, Texas.  Items on the agenda:  1. Receive Public Comment concerning the 2017 Consumer Confidence Report.  2.  Approval of Minutes   a. June 12, 2017.    3. Consider issuance of a permit to Muleshoe Country Club to exceed 85 Db for the concert to be held July 22nd.   4. Consider appointment of an Airport Advisory Board.   5.  Consider Ordinance O-496-0717 Amending Ordinance O-0478-0515 Adopting rules and regulation regarding alcoholic beverages.  6.  Receive Financial Statement for the quarter ending June 30, 2017.  7. Administrative Reports:  a. Youth Fishing Day was held on June 17, 2017 at Lake Muleshoe.  We had 130 youth sign up and participate.   b. Congratulations and thank you to the Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce on a successful July 4th celebration.  Thanks, too, to the City Public Works Department, Muleshoe Police Department and the Muleshoe Volunteer Fire Department for their efforts on the 4th of July.  c.  Movie in the Park will be held on July 20, 2017.   We will be showing “The Secret Life of Pets”.  d.  The Muleshoe Country Club will be hosting Mule Days and Kickin Nights on July 22, 2017, at the Muleshoe Country Club.  William Clark Green and Callahan Divide will be providing the entertainment for the evening.  e.  The city will host a blood drive on July 24, 2017 from 10a.m. to 2p.m. at City Hall.  f. The city swimming pool party has been rescheduled for July 24, 2017 at 7p.m. at the Muleshoe Water Park.  g.  Bids will be opened on August 2nd for the lift station project.  Council will consider awarding the bid at the August 2017 council meeting.  8.
