Consider and award bid for the HOME Program construction contract.  4. Consider Proposing Tax Rate for FY2016-2017 Budget.  5.  Set dates for Public Hearing for Tax Rate and 2016-2017 Budget.  6. Consider request and receipts for reimbursement of Hotel/Motel Tax Funds from Muleshoe Heritage Foundation for the annual Tour de Muleshoe held in June 2016.  7. Receive financial statement for the month ending July 31, 2016.  8. Administrative Reports:  a. The city hosted a blood drive on July 20, 2016.  They had 12 contacts and collected 10 units of blood.  b. The TML Annual Conference will be in Austin October 4-7.  Registration deadline is August 30th.  c.  “Movie in the Park” will be Thursday, August 18, 2016.  We will be showing “Angels in the Outfield”.  d. The Muleshoe Water Park will close for the season on Sunday, August 14, 2016.  9.  Mayor and Council Remarks.  10.
