See the July 11, 2016, Muleshoe City Council Meeting held at City Hall in Muleshoe, Texas.  Items on the Agenda Include:  1.  Receive Public Comment concerning the 2015 Consumer Confidence Report.  2. Approval of Minutes from June 13, 2016.  3. Receive Invesment Summary and Financial Statement for the quarter ending June 30, 2016.  4. Consider preparation for the submission of a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program application to the Texas Department of Agriculture.  5.  Consider adopting the Texas Department of Agriculture Citizen’s Participation Plan.  6. Administrative Reports:  a. Congratulations and thank you to the Muleshoe Chamber of Commerce on a successful July 4th celebration.  Thanks to the City Public Works Department, the Police Department and Fire Department for their efforts on July 4th.  b.
