See video from the heavy downpour of rains overnight on May 21 & 22, 2015, in Muleshoe, Texas, with the NWS Station at Channel 6 getting 1.03″ of precipitation and the West Texas Mesonet site, 2 miles south of town, receiving 1.04″ over the past 24 hours.   The high temp on Thursday was 49 and the low was 43, a difference of only 6 degrees!   On May 23, 2015 we got .43″ of rain early in the morning bringing our 48 hour rainfall total at Channel 6 in Muleshoe to 1.46″ and the Mesonet site had 1.44″.
