See video of the severe thunderstorm that hit Muleshoe on June 12, 2015 with an intense wall cloud, heavy lightning, rain and hail and flooding on low lying area roadways. The NWS Station at Channel 6 got 1.03″ of rain and the Mesonet site got .74″. On June 13, 2015 the NWS Station at Channel 6 got .75″ for a two day total of 1.78″. Rain and storm chances continue through the weekend into early next week, so be aware! 1.57″ of rain fell on June 12th and 13th at the Muleshoe Mesonet station.
