See the first wind turbine being built in Bailey County as part of the 148 megawatt Blue Cloud Wind Farm north of Circleback, Texas. The first of 43 wind turbines was finished on August 9, 2018, and is a Vesta 3.45MW windmill, one of the largest models in the world. Some construction sequences were sped up for this video.
