See the welcome home in Muleshoe for the MHS Lady Mules Cross Country team as they won the 3-3A District Championship on October 21, 2020, at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock, Texas. The MHS Varsity Lady Mules are Mikaela Haseloff (21st Place), Heather Chavez (6th Place), KyLee Villa (7th Place), Angie Armijo (3rd Place), Idaly Tarango (5th Place), Yvette Benevides (11th Place), Zabry Haseloff (23rd Place) and Coach Angela Richards. The JV Lady Mules also took the district title and are Kristina Arzola, Alina Elizarraz, Anastasia Soto, Evelin Meza and Katelyn Spears. Varsity Mules placing in the top 10 at district and moving onto the regional meet are Donovan Gonzales (8th Place), Sergio Magallanes (9th Place) and Brandon Ramirez (10th Place). The Region I 3A Meet will be on Monday, November 9, 2020, at Mae Simmons Park in Lubbock, Texas.
