See the Muleshoe City Council Meeting held on April 11, 2016, at City Hall in Muleshoe, Texas.   Items on the agenda:  1. Approval of Minutes from March 14, 2016,   2. Consider approving a preliminary plat as submitted by CP Homes, 3. Consider request of Muleshoe Roadriders for Hotel/Motel Tax Funds for the promotion of the 2016 Muleshoe Roadriders Motorcycle Rally,  4. Receive Financial Statement and Investment Summary for the quarter ending March 31, 2016,  5. Administrative Reports;  a.  Sylvester Torres retired on March 31st with over 40 years of service with the City of Muleshoe.  A reception was held for him on Tuesday, March 29th.  b. Staff is working on the 2016/17 budget.   Department heads have budget worksheets to work on.  C.  Ramon and LeAnn met with engineers from Parkhill, Smith & Cooper and TxDOT a couple of weeks ago on the airport project.  The design is complete and bidding will take place early in 2017.  6.  Mayor and Council Remarks  7.  Adjourn.
